Client Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 17, 2026
These Client Terms & Conditions (“Client Terms”) apply to travel planning, consultation, booking, and related services provided by SIRAGUSA Travel Group (“SIRAGUSA Travel Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting travel-planning services, authorizing a booking or payment, or otherwise engaging SIRAGUSA Travel Group to arrange travel, you (“Client,” “Traveler,” or “you”) acknowledge and agree to these Client Terms.
These Client Terms are separate from the Terms of Service governing use of the SIRAGUSA Travel Group website and from the terms and conditions imposed by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, insurance companies, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers.
1. Our Role as a Travel Advisor
SIRAGUSA Travel Group acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers.
Travel services are provided by third-party suppliers, which may include airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, ground transportation companies, excursion providers, rental-car companies, travel insurance companies, and other travel-service providers.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, policies, operations, financial condition, schedule changes, cancellations, service failures, or other matters outside our reasonable control.
Each supplier may impose its own terms, conditions, contracts of carriage, cancellation policies, payment requirements, and restrictions. Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable supplier terms.
2. Accuracy of Client Information
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information for every traveler.
Names must be provided exactly as they appear on the government-issued identification or passport that will be used for travel.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all quotes, invoices, confirmations, itineraries, tickets, travel documents, and other booking information promptly upon receipt and notifying SIRAGUSA Travel Group immediately of any errors or discrepancies.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group is not responsible for costs, penalties, denied boarding, rebooking expenses, or other losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied or approved by the Client.
3. Quotes, Pricing & Availability
All travel quotes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until the applicable supplier confirms the reservation and required payment has been successfully processed.
Prices, taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, exchange rates, promotions, inventory, airfare, room categories, cabin categories, and other components may change without notice before booking.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quote is informational and does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of space.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group cannot hold or guarantee pricing or availability unless the supplier expressly permits a hold and confirms it.
4. Promotions & Special Offers
Promotional offers are subject to supplier availability, eligibility requirements, booking windows, travel dates, inventory restrictions, blackout dates, capacity controls, and other supplier terms.
Submitting an inquiry regarding a promotion does not reserve space or guarantee the advertised price, amenities, onboard credits, upgrades, discounts, or other promotional benefits.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group cannot guarantee that a promotion will remain available while a Client considers an offer.
Promotions generally cannot be combined unless expressly permitted by the supplier.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group does not guarantee that a new or improved promotion, price reduction, or post-booking offer can be applied to an existing reservation.
5. Planning & Professional Service Fees
Certain travel-planning services may require a professional planning or consultation fee.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, SIRAGUSA Travel Group's standard planning fees are:
Individual, Solo, Family, or Standard Leisure Travel: $100
Groups of 15 or More Travelers: $500
Corporate Travel Planning: $500
When expressly designated as a creditable planning fee, the fee may be credited toward applicable SIRAGUSA Travel Group professional fees when the qualifying trip is booked through SIRAGUSA Travel Group. Supplier charges, cancellation penalties, and other third-party costs are not reduced by such a credit.
Planning fees compensate SIRAGUSA Travel Group for professional research, consultation, itinerary development, supplier comparison, and related services and may become nonrefundable once substantial planning work has begun, except where otherwise required by law.
Any different or additional fee applicable to a particular request will be disclosed before it is charged.
6. Revisions, Inactive Requests & Material Changes
Reasonable revisions necessary to develop the originally requested trip are included within the scope of standard planning services unless otherwise stated.
Extensive revisions, repeated destination changes, repeated changes to fundamental trip requirements, or requests that materially change the original scope of planning may require an additional professional fee. Any additional fee will be disclosed before further fee-based work is performed.
Planning requests that receive no Client response for an extended period may be considered inactive or abandoned. Resuming an inactive request may require updated research because pricing and availability may have changed.
A canceled trip that is later replaced by a materially different trip, destination, travel period, or itinerary may be treated as a new planning request and may be subject to a new planning fee.
7. Air-Only Reservations
Standalone air reservations that are not part of a qualifying travel package may be subject to a professional service fee of $50 per traveler, per separately ticketed itinerary.
This fee is waived when airfare is included as part of a qualifying package booked through SIRAGUSA Travel Group, unless otherwise disclosed.
Airline tickets are subject to the applicable airline's fare rules, contracts of carriage, change and cancellation policies, baggage rules, seat-assignment policies, and other restrictions.
8. Deposits, Payments & Final Payment
Supplier-required deposits and final-payment amounts and deadlines vary by reservation.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all required payments are made by the applicable deadline.
Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation by the supplier and loss of deposits or other amounts paid.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group is not responsible for a declined credit card, expired card, insufficient funds, fraud block, bank authorization issue, or other payment failure outside our control.
Clients should not assume a payment has been successfully processed until confirmation has been received.
Whenever possible, travel payments are processed directly by the applicable supplier or through authorized host-agency or supplier payment systems. SIRAGUSA Travel Group does not require Clients to provide payment-card information through unsecured communication methods.
9. Authorization to Make Reservations
By authorizing SIRAGUSA Travel Group to make a reservation or process an authorized payment, the Client confirms that they have reviewed and approved the applicable travel arrangements, pricing, supplier terms, cancellation conditions, and payment requirements.
The individual authorizing a reservation represents that they have authority to provide information and make travel arrangements for the travelers included in the reservation.
10. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation and change policies are established primarily by the applicable travel suppliers.
Cancellation or modification of a reservation may result in penalties up to and including 100% of the amount paid.
Requests to cancel or change travel should be provided to SIRAGUSA Travel Group in writing whenever practicable.
A request is not considered completed until the applicable supplier has accepted and processed the cancellation or change.
Refund timing is controlled by the supplier, payment processor, airline, cruise line, resort, insurance company, or other applicable provider. SIRAGUSA Travel Group cannot guarantee when a supplier-authorized refund will be received.
Professional planning, consultation, ticketing, or service fees charged by SIRAGUSA Travel Group may be nonrefundable once the applicable service has been performed, except where otherwise required by law.
11. Travel Credits, Future Travel Credits & Vouchers
Travel credits, future cruise credits, airline credits, vouchers, certificates, and similar instruments are controlled by the issuing supplier.
The supplier determines expiration dates, transferability, eligible travelers, applicable products, blackout dates, redemption procedures, and other restrictions.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group can assist with eligible credits but cannot extend, reinstate, transfer, redeem, or alter a supplier-issued credit unless authorized by the supplier.
12. Supplier-Initiated Changes & Cancellations
Travel suppliers may change or cancel flights, itineraries, ports, hotels, ships, resorts, room assignments, cabin assignments, excursions, transportation, schedules, amenities, or other travel components.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group will provide reasonable assistance when notified of such changes but does not control supplier decisions and cannot guarantee a particular replacement, refund, credit, schedule, or resolution.
13. Changes Made Directly With Suppliers
Clients should notify SIRAGUSA Travel Group before making changes directly with a supplier whenever reasonably possible.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group is not responsible for changes, cancellations, payments, upgrades, credits, errors, or other arrangements made directly between the Client and a supplier without our involvement.
Direct changes may affect the accuracy of our records and our ability to provide assistance.
14. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Travel may involve financial risks including cancellation penalties, interruption expenses, medical emergencies, evacuation expenses, baggage loss or delay, travel delays, supplier default, and other unforeseen events.
If travel insurance is offered and the Client declines coverage, the Client accepts responsibility for losses that might otherwise have been covered by an appropriate policy.
Insurance benefits, exclusions, coverage limits, eligibility, claim determinations, and reimbursement decisions are controlled exclusively by the insurance provider.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group does not determine whether an insurance claim will be approved and does not guarantee coverage or payment of any claim.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the policy and contacting the insurer regarding questions about coverage.
15. Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation
Each traveler is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documentation required for travel, including passports, visas, identification, entry permits, parental or minor-travel documentation, health documentation, and any other required records.
Entry and transit requirements may depend on citizenship, residency, destination, itinerary, age, and other circumstances.
Clients should independently verify current requirements with appropriate governmental authorities.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, additional expenses, or other losses caused by missing, expired, damaged, insufficient, or incorrect documentation.
16. Health, Safety & Government Requirements
Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to undertake their planned travel.
Health, vaccination, testing, security, entry, and destination requirements may change.
Clients are responsible for reviewing current governmental travel advisories and destination requirements before departure.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group does not provide medical, legal, immigration, or governmental advice.
17. Accessibility & Special Assistance
Clients should disclose accessibility requirements or requests for special assistance as early as possible.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group will make reasonable efforts to communicate such requests to suppliers but cannot guarantee that a destination, ship, aircraft, hotel, resort, excursion, vehicle, or other supplier will be able to accommodate a particular need.
Final responsibility for determining suitability and providing accommodations rests with the applicable supplier.
18. Pregnancy, Age & Fitness Restrictions
Certain suppliers and activities impose restrictions based on pregnancy, age, health, mobility, physical fitness, or other conditions.
Clients are responsible for determining and complying with applicable supplier requirements.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group cannot guarantee participation in any travel service or activity when supplier eligibility requirements are not met.
19. Minors
The parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult is responsible for determining and obtaining all documentation and permissions required for a minor to travel.
Requirements may include passports, birth certificates, notarized consent documents, custody documentation, visas, or other records.
Supplier and governmental requirements vary and may change.
20. Air Travel, Schedules & Connections
Airline schedules, aircraft, routes, seats, gates, and flight numbers may change.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group cannot guarantee flight schedules, seat assignments, upgrades, aircraft type, connection times following supplier changes, or uninterrupted transportation.
Travelers are responsible for reconfirming flight information, complying with airline check-in requirements, arriving at airports within recommended timeframes, and monitoring airline communications.
21. Seats, Rooms, Cabins & Special Requests
Requests for specific airline seats, adjoining or connecting rooms, bedding configurations, hotel locations, cruise cabins, dining times, views, accessibility features, or other preferences are requests only unless expressly confirmed and guaranteed by the applicable supplier.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group cannot guarantee fulfillment of a special request controlled by a supplier.
22. Baggage & Personal Property
Airlines, cruise lines, transportation companies, and other suppliers establish their own baggage allowances, fees, restrictions, and liability policies.
Travelers are responsible for complying with those requirements.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged baggage or personal property.
23. Excursions, Activities & Rental Vehicles
Excursions, activities, tours, rental vehicles, and other optional services may involve risks.
Clients are responsible for evaluating whether an activity is appropriate for themselves and members of their traveling party.
Third-party operators are responsible for the operation and safety of their respective services.
24. Loyalty Programs, Points & Credit-Card Benefits
Clients are responsible for providing accurate loyalty-program membership information before booking when they want such information associated with a reservation.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group does not guarantee the earning, posting, redemption, valuation, availability, or recognition of airline miles, hotel points, cruise loyalty benefits, credit-card rewards, statement credits, travel protections, elite-status benefits, or similar programs.
These programs are controlled by their respective providers and may change without notice.
25. Currency & Foreign Exchange
International travel pricing may be affected by currency exchange rates, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, supplier conversion practices, and changes in exchange rates.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SIRAGUSA Travel Group does not guarantee a particular exchange rate or final converted amount.
26. Groups
Group travel may be subject to separate supplier contracts, minimum participation requirements, deposit schedules, room or cabin inventory requirements, name deadlines, cancellation provisions, and other conditions.
The designated group leader or primary contact may be responsible for communicating information, deadlines, and requirements to members of the group.
Individual group members remain responsible for complying with applicable supplier and travel requirements.
27. Weddings, Honeymoons & Special Events
Destination weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries, celebrations, and other special-event travel may involve services provided by resorts, venues, wedding departments, coordinators, photographers, florists, entertainment providers, or other independent suppliers.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group may assist with travel arrangements but does not guarantee the performance of independent event suppliers unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
28. Lead Traveler Responsibilities
When one person acts as the primary or lead traveler for multiple travelers, that person is responsible for communicating relevant itinerary information, supplier terms, payment deadlines, documentation requirements, changes, and other important information to the other travelers.
The lead traveler represents that they are authorized to provide traveler information to SIRAGUSA Travel Group for legitimate travel-planning and booking purposes.
29. Normal Business Hours & After-Hours Assistance
SIRAGUSA Travel Group provides routine planning and service assistance during normal business operations.
Messages received outside normal business hours may be addressed on the next reasonable business day.
Travelers experiencing an immediate in-travel disruption should first use the emergency or after-hours contact resources provided by the applicable airline, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, travel insurance provider, or other supplier when appropriate.
SIRAGUSA Travel Group does not guarantee continuous 24-hour availability.
30. Events Beyond Our Control
SIRAGUSA Travel Group is not responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, losses, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, hurricanes, fires, floods, epidemics, pandemics, governmental actions, border closures, civil unrest, terrorism, war, labor disputes, strikes, mechanical failures, supplier insolvency, transportation disruptions, or similar events.
The rights and remedies available to a Client under such circumstances are generally determined by applicable supplier terms, insurance coverage, and law.
31. Supplier Financial Condition & Insolvency
SIRAGUSA Travel Group does not guarantee the financial condition or continued operation of any travel supplier.
Supplier bankruptcy, insolvency, cessation of operations, or failure to provide contracted services may be subject to supplier policies, applicable law, payment-card protections, or travel-insurance coverage.
32. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact SIRAGUSA Travel Group promptly regarding a questioned travel charge so that we may assist in identifying the charge and applicable supplier terms.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel a reservation or eliminate obligations imposed by a supplier.
Clients remain responsible for legitimate charges, cancellation penalties, and contractual obligations associated with authorized travel arrangements.
Nothing in this section limits any lawful right a Client may have to dispute an unauthorized or erroneous charge.
33. Communication
Clients authorize SIRAGUSA Travel Group to communicate with them using the contact information they provide for purposes reasonably related to their travel inquiry, planning, reservation, payment deadlines, itinerary, service updates, and other requested travel services.
Marketing communications, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Clients are responsible for maintaining current contact information and monitoring communications relating to their travel.
34. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the SIRAGUSA Travel Group Privacy Policy and may be provided to travel suppliers, host-agency systems, insurance providers, payment processors, or other service providers when reasonably necessary to research, arrange, manage, or service requested travel.
Clients should review the Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the collection and handling of personal information.
35. Limitation of Responsibility
SIRAGUSA Travel Group exercises reasonable care in providing professional travel-advisor services but cannot control independent travel suppliers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIRAGUSA Travel Group is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service failures, injuries, losses, damages, or additional expenses caused by independent suppliers or events outside SIRAGUSA Travel Group's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Client Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
36. Conflicts With Supplier Terms
If a supplier's terms and conditions apply to a particular travel component, those supplier terms govern the Client's rights and obligations concerning that supplier's travel service.
These Client Terms govern the relationship between the Client and SIRAGUSA Travel Group with respect to our travel-planning and advisory services.
37. Changes to These Client Terms
SIRAGUSA Travel Group may update these Client Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to a particular planning or booking engagement will be the version presented or made available to the Client in connection with that engagement, except as otherwise required by law.
Changes will not retroactively alter rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be changed without additional agreement.
38. Severability
If any provision of these Client Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
